Requesting a Sample

We offer imprinted or plain samples at no charge for up to 1-2 samples (some restrictions apply).

Samples are shipped via US Mail within 24 hours, unless they are back-ordered. If there are any delays, our Sample Department will notify you.

For overnight delivery, you must provide a UPS or FedEx account number or a credit card to cover shipping costs. If you need the sample by a specific date, please mention it in your request. Providing detailed information about the type of sample you need will help us expedite your request efficiently.

Custom printed samples require details on the quantity of bags you are considering ordering to ensure we send the most relevant sample.

Some items, such as shrink wrap, shrink tubing, poly tubing, poly sheeting, and large bag sizes, do not have available samples. Clean room bag samples are available for a small fee, determined by sample size and quantity.

All design concepts are the intellectual property of BagsPlastico.com and cannot be reproduced without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action for damages.

Requesting an Invoice

To receive an invoice, register an account on BagsPlastico.com and create a password. Navigate to My Account > Orders, then click View Open Orders to find your Order Number and print the invoice.

Requesting a Quote

You can easily generate a price quote before making a purchase.

  • If the product is listed on our website, add it to your cart and select Request a Quote at checkout under Payment Method. This will generate a quote number and display pricing, including shipping & handling charges.
  • If the product is not listed on our website, visit our Custom Quote Center by clicking Quote on the homepage. Fill out the form, and our team will respond shortly.

Please note: Saved price quotes are for reference only. They are not processed as orders and will not be shipped unless converted into an actual order.
